「This was a very nice hotel. The rooms have been recently renovated and are spacious and comfortable. The staff was always available and eager to help. It’s a fantastic place, and I will definitely stay here again.」

Lovely bathroom and a nice property as a whole with good facilities, although I found the WiFi very slow throughout. Breakfast could be improved as the hot food was not refreshed and was a little cold and uninspiring. Need to work on the simple things, such as replacing sauces/refilling milk when empty and making sure plates are available for customers. We arrived...

「The property is very clean, beautiful and well refurbished and right in the heart of Marlow. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food itself (breakfast) was a bit poor but OK. We didn't have any hot water to take a shower unfortunately but stayed only 1 night anyway. The room itself which was the only one available during booking was very very snug and air circulation at night made a bit stuffy but we would visit again , hopefully get a bigger room and hot water.」

「Really poor experience overall. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful, and we found numerous hairs in the bathroom which raised serious concerns about cleanliness. On departure, no one even asked how our stay was. Won’t be returning.」

「What an absolutely stunning apartment in a perfect location to explore Windsor. Spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need for a few nights away. Even a Christmas tree which was a lovely surprise. Once we had a direct contact number for the property the communication was fantastic with check in details and instructions provided. Would 100% stay again in the future Thankyou 」
