Helena Hotel with Pool

"I enjoyed breakfast and the pool area. My kids loved the basketball court as well."

"Clean room although it’s a composite type flooring and not carpeted which surprised us a little but we assume that’s because this is a pet friendly place and that easier to keep clean. Breakfast was good and appreciated. Pool was nice."

"I enjoyed the breakfast bar. I will say the bathroom is in need of some repair as there was areas with broken tiles."

"To our surprise, the minute we walked into the hotel lobby and the room No. 518, the room was not the level of cleanliness, with the bathroom floor grout showing mold lines. The furniture is scratched and outdated, the room needs remodeling, and it should be rated 1 or 2 stars. The worst is that the staff are poorly trained and like to argue with guests. I hope the health department will visit and check room 518, as well as all other rooms. This Comfort Inn location definitely does not meet our expectations like other Comfort Inns in other Cities."

"Great check in experience. Friendly staff and room was great. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good."

"I checked in late evening. Door from rear parking area was locked without intercom and i had to walk in the dark around hotel to front entrance. Front desk person was on break (no sign) and I had to wait for a few minutes to get key. Once in the room, things were fine. Hotel is clean and convenient."

"Excellent room, the staff was amazing, food from blaze was terrible, it’s sad that the pizza dough was so wet it broke apart. For the price you paid for a large pizza, shrimp and grits and a garlic mash, plus the delivery and 20% gratuity it was over a hundred dollars. Someone needs to reevaluate there cost plan or hire a better cook. I’m not gonna call them a chef because blah. But the hotel was amazing other than the food. "
