As a Pastor, I found this especially offensive—no one should be judged based on how they look. Shortly after entering the room, we noticed several issues and brought them to management’s attention. Instead of addressing the concerns, my wife, children, and I were told we had to leave……

“We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)”

“I am extremely disappointed with this property. The entire building had a strong mold and mildew smell, and the carpets were visibly stained, making the environment feel unclean and uncomfortable. Our bathroom door handle was broken, and although we were told maintenance would return after hours to fix both the issue and address the smell, nothing was resolved. “My stay was absolutely wonderful,everytime I come to Myrtle beach this will be my stay,it close by everything and I love that !!!”

“The Manager was very rude and disrespectful. She was not empathetic to my bathroom not being clean the toilet was filthy and the bathtub was inoperative therefore we could not shower. The manager made us wait a long time to even speak with her and then she was extremely mean. And mocked me for wanting a new room; I video taped her behavior and she finally gave us a new room. I was very disappointed in the Managers behavior.”
