“This was such a beautiful home! We ended up booking three homes with the same host, and they made the entire process seamless and easy. Communication was quick, and they were incredibly welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book with them again.”

“We rented this home for our annual staff retreat and client dinner, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The spacious layout made it easy to host team training sessions and break into smaller groups for meetings. The pickleball court was a fun bonus that helped build camaraderie among staff. We also brought in a private chef for a client dinner, and everyone was impressed with the setting. Overall, the home provided an excellent experience for both our team and our guests.”

“Perfect little vrbo for a tennesee trip with pets. Grounds are incredible and open allowing for pets to run free throughout the day. Nice and open floorplan inside with all of the basic necessities plus a few extra nice-ities. Would definitely considering staying in this property again and would recommend to anyone looking!”

“Clean inside but did smell a little like Clorox. Very nice updated place and comfortable bed. It could use adding another dish towel - only one was supplied - and maybe a dish cloth for washing dishes. Also the tap water was not the best, it would be a nice touch to add an RO system, a Brita, or at least a few water bottles for guests in case of emergency. Great location and parking. The weeds next to the house were pretty overgrown so maybe cleaning up the landscaping a bit would be good.”

“The host was very responsive when we messaged him. APP was a bit cumbersome. I had to update and verify my ID too many times. We didn't get the access code until nearly 4:30 when check in was 4:00 because of the verification issue. It's difficult to do when you are traveling and you have already done it multiple times before leaving. It took multiple calls to finally get past the AI assistant and talk to a real person. Once we gained access to the property everything went well and we had a……

“Host great, Location Great Safe, Condo Cute Needs some updates in the bathroom but not a big deal (Pealing Drawers) Biggest issue was cleanliness. Looking for a hair dryer found a towel in the drawer that was stuffed with who knows what crusty.(No hair dryer not an issue) Towels Old and dingy. The bathroom where not cleaned very well. Looks very much like they hire a company and its a speed threw clean. Could Use a deep clean ( Corners, Tub, Walls etc) But over an okay stay”

“We spent our women only family vacation in the Lodge at PineyBrook and had an amazing time!! The lodge was beautiful, had activities for everyone, clean, comfortable, had everything you could possibly want or need in a home, and was close to Nashville. There was good communication and an easy check in process. We would definitely book again!!!”
