「Location is good, takes 7 minutes walk to the hotel from the station Circular Quay. There is a plaza in front of station and with various of food. Hotel staffs are very nice. Benjamin was very helpful and kind to make us feel like home. 」

「Very nice and helpful staff. Clean and spacious. The bathe and hand towel are very clean. Bed and all other facilities are comfortable. All bath gel , hand wash and shampoo are provided. You can ask from the reception when you want any other accessories. I have some problem for the connection of the wifi. The staffs are very pleasant and can solve the problem immediately. Therefore, the wifi is very good. There are free bottle of water and coke in the fridge. There is convenience store...

「The shower the water ran out of the shower along the ledge and at the door frame on both sides at the bottom was rusted from the water the milk in the drawer which was complementary one of them was off and the coffee was stale. 」
