“Vangelis is an amazing host. He went above and beyond to help us with recommendations and acted incredibly quickly to resolve things when we had a minor issue with our room. The room was very clean and well situated in the central area. Our only comment would be that there isn't much in the way of functional space, not many places to put toiletries or large suitcases.”

“Emmanuella’s apartment was perfect for a short stay in Heraklion. Our party of 5 was having trouble finding a single hotel room for all of us and her apartment was PERFECT. The kitchen was fully equipped and the host provided coffee, water, snacks and fresh oranges. The beds were very comfortable and there were multiple restaurants within walking distance of the Apartment. The next time we return to Heraklion we will be staying with Emanuellla again!!!!”

“The location was great and the place was nice and clean. However we didn’t receive the access code until minutes before arrival. Very poor communication. Spent a good day stressing if we would be able to get in our room as no one would respond. Also was so-pose to get a hot tub and there was not one. The hotel is on a street with no cars aloud. So when they gave us the address it took us to a nearby parking garage so we thought we had the wrong address. Went in circles on one way streets……

“Die optische Renovierung der Anlage und das wirklich sehr nette, bemühte Angestellten-Personal können leider nicht ansatzweise ausgleichen, was hier menschlich und baulich schiefläuft. ​Zur Bauqualität: Die Zimmertüren besitzen keinerlei Schallisolierung. Man hört jedes Wort und jeden Tritt vom Flur so laut im Zimmer, als gäbe es keine Tür. In Kombination mit den Badezimmer-Armaturen, die bei der Ankunft dreckig und völlig verkalkt waren, merkt man schnell, dass hier oberflächlich modernisiert,……
