"the resort is beautiful and the staff are polite and generous. the food at breakfast is great. in home dining is low quality cooking but still high priced. once anything breaks it takes a long time for anyone to fix. 6 days and they still didnt fix the jacuzzi, the indoor pool is 28 degrees although they promise higher. on the whole it is an excellent resort due to the staff but maintenance is bad. the resort is far from the main attractions so pools and amenities should be taking care of."

"Overall I liked it and would stay again. Beds were pretty uncomfortable and it was loud outside but the hotel can’t control the noise. AC and WiFi worked great. Also the location was perfect and the staff is the absolute best, so accommodating helpful and friendly!!"

The view from our suite's balcony was gorgeous, and the hotel management truly went out of their way to make sure we had everything we wanted - both in the hotel and even outside the hotel with things like getting the very best with restaurants/transportation.
