“We fell in love with our 1 bedroom apartment. It was beautiful and had a spectacular view of the ocean. The staff was so friendly, helpful and kind. We only got a couple of the staff’s names but one was Wairy in the office and she answered all of our questions and helped us rebook the same apartment for March. The young fella who checked us in was helpful and so nice. He was always smiling. We had difficulty with the safe and the tv. He came back to our room immediately to try to remedy the……

“Unser Aufenthalt in den Ocean Palms Residences war in jeder Hinsicht ausgezeichnet. Wir waren in den vergangenen Jahren bereits gelegentlich tagsüber bei Freunden vor Ort zu Besuch und haben uns in diesem Jahr bewusst dafür entschieden, gleich zwei längere Urlaubsaufenthalte mit unseren sechsjährigen Zwillingen dort zu verbringen. Diese Entscheidung hat sich in jeder Hinsicht als richtig erwiesen.
Die Anlage überzeugt durch eine außergewöhnliche Sauberkeit, die man schon beim Betreten……

“The best place to stay in Playa Encuentro 💕💕💕👌 Amazing staff, beautiful setting, perfect vibe ! 10 min walk to beach and surf ! Everything we needed to cook and be comfortable. Nice pool area ! Highly recommend 🤗”
