多米尼加共和国的公寓酒店

“This hotel has the best location in Punta Cana! The price is very reasonable and the service is good.”

“Everything about this tropical Hotel exceeded our expectations! The grounds were beautiful in the room was comfortable in the Internet was fast. The stuff paid attention to every detail and made our day feel special. Thank you for giving us such a memorable vacation!”

“If any issues arise during your stay, (which multiple rooms have issues) expect to be ignored or dismissed rather than helped. The lack of care, competence, and accountability from both management Ruth and reception is extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, they simply cannot be trusted. I would not recommend this property based on the rude and extremely poor customer service from manager Ruth and the front desk reception team . During multiple stays, messages & calls were ignored……

“We had an excellent stay and felt safe with the security present on the beach. The rooms are spacious, great amenities, all while being right in the midst of paradise.”

“Safe quite location”

“Very bad customer service experience, I was charged half the amount when booking and still was told to pay in cash the total amount plus extras The property refused to send a receipt despite multiple requests. I don’t recommend this property.”

“Very comfortable apartment next to the beach and restaurants. Staff were super friendly”
