"Beautiful property, customer service was good and staff at reception were helpful. Improvements in the room service and restaurant offering around dietary requirements is important. Awareness of dietary requirements was limited, but implementation of these at restaurants was poor. The restaurant menu had no callouts of dietary requirements which was a must travelling with allergy, the food choices for gluten and coeliac were significantly limited. The breakfast butter was also limited in variety for anyone."

"Perfect Zurich home base for our family of six!We had a fantastic stay at Teresa’s apartment in Zollikon! Traveling as a family of six, finding a place with enough space for everyone to relax comfortably can be a challenge, but this apartment was absolutely perfect for us. The views of the lake were incredible to wake up to every morning, and the space was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a seamless stay.The location truly couldn't be better. It was the ideal home base for our family to explore Zurich, Lucerne, Stoos, and the Interlaken region. Having parking right on site for our car made day trips effortless, while the easy access to the nearby train platform made getting around locally a breeze. We also loved how convenient it was to local grocery stores and the lake beach for relaxing afternoons.Teresa was a wonderful host—super responsive, welcoming, and thoughtful from check-in to check-out. Everything went smoothly, and her clear instructions made our arrival completely stress-free. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Switzerland. Highly recommend!"

"The staff there were amazing. Very helpful , would go extramile especially in our case. We took a holdall with us and the padlock jammed. Couldn't get our clothes out to change , called the reception and within 2 minutes , the guy knocked on the door. Understanding our stuck up situation very quickly , got a handy- man with an appliance to cut through the lock! Viola saved our day"

"confusing check in on line and then despite having paid the £600 plus for 3 nights (a reasonable price for Horgen) we had to pay an outstanding bill of 3 pence, yes 3 pence not pounds before we could check in online. Food and breakfast good, exceptionally quiet despite a Swiss World Cup game going on in the bar below at 3am. Great location by the station and in the centre - worth the extra for the lake view"

"Comfortable and spacious for 3 people! We slept well which is #1 priority for us. It was mostly clean. It is well decorated. The location would be fine if you’re driving a car. But since we used train and bus system it took about 10-15 minutes of walking to get to grocery or restaurants and there aren’t really shops nearby. The host responded quickly to an issue I had but either misunderstood me when I wanted help with it right away or just didn’t do it. We had some trouble finding the key because it wasn’t in the right place but luckily another guest told us to open every mailbox until we found it and then we did. But these are small issues and I was pleased with the comfort."
