Independent luxurious and very spacious one bed apartment in a converted private barn in tranquil parkland of 9 acres with your own courtyard area to enjoy in the sunshine and only10 minute walk to Train-line station into London Comfortable, luxurious, modern and open plan living space and balcony with amazing views over the Hertfordshire countryside. A home from home experience with a fully equipped large kitchen including washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker, aircon in the bedroom, living area has large flat screen TV, playstation, super-fast wifi and large comfy sofa to sink into along with a further sofa which is also a sofa-bed and a dining table which also doubles up as a work station - Perfect for a business person or couple.
Good sized separate bedroom and shower room with walk-in shower.

5 minute drive to town centre or 20 minutes walk. 15 minute drive to A1 & M25. Stansted and Luton airports both 30 mins away.

With its own courtyard parking and independent entrance situated within a beautiful very quiet parkland setting yet so close to civilisation. 2 minute walk to newsagents and coffee shop, pharmacy and UK award winning hairdressers . 10 minute walk to station and 25 min walk or 5 minute drive to main town of Hertford with its varying shops, restaurants, bars and pubs.
A real home from home experience with fresh milk and orange juice with Tea & Nespresso Coffee provided to settle you in.

Very comfortabe and clean in beautiful surroundings.

We had all we needed for a home from home experience. Beautiful linens, comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Our hosts were very charming and helpful people and it was a pleasure to stay in their lovely property. Would thoroughly recommend.

Molewood Barn fit the bill

Comfy spot in the quiet countryside, outside London, but within reach of the city. We enjoyed our stay. Apart from a few glitches with the heating which were quickly resolved by the owners, who were very responsive, the Molewood Barn fit the bill.

Stay at Molewood

From our first glance at the property we knew we had selected a winner. A warm welcome from the owners and even an invite to a tea party. The apartment is fabulous, comfortable and great shower. Comfy bed as well. Many paths to go walking in a country setting and short walk to some shops. Central location for us to visit friends and train ride into London. We would love to return. Dave and Julie
