「Odam gayet rahat ve ferahtı temizlik konusunda biraz endişeliydim ancak çarşafından havlusuna herşey mis gibi deterjan kokuyordu ben gayet memnun kaldım görevli hanımefendi gayet güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi tekrar gelecek olursam konaklama yerim belli oldu arkadaşlarıma da tavsiye ettim 」

「The location is near to a metro station and very close to the Ataturk airport, however there is no such advantage since relocating to the new Istanbul airport, it is almost about an hour away from anywhere you want to go. The room was pleasant enough, clean and tidy, AC worked well, bathroom is well equipped and the view from the 10th floor was nice. Actually prior to this room, my room was on the lower floor where I can hear the metro train moving, a bit noisy. So after I complained to the...

「ホテルは、素晴らしかったのですが…部屋の掃除がちょっと残念でした。 5泊したのですが、初日に歯ブラシがありませんでした。このホテルクラスで歯ブラシが無いところは初めてで、かなり驚いたのですが、ホテル付近で購入しました。しかし、3日目の掃除の後に歯ブラシかセットされていました。有るなら、なぜ初めから提供してくれていないのか…バスタオルがない日もあり、電話でお願いしたのですが、30分も待ちやっと持ってきてくれました。ロビーで、バスローブが無いので、持ってきてほしいとお願いした時は、最後まで持ってきてくれませんでした。バスマットがない日もあれば、ティッシュが無くなったのに、補充してくれていない時もありました。髭剃りや、クシ等、普通のホテルに有りそうなアメニティーは何も有りませんでした。プールは大変素晴らしかったのですが、スタッフが誰一人おらず、バスタオルがどこに有るのか聞くことも、ドリンクを注文する事も出来ませんでした。スタッフは皆さんフレンドリーで素晴らしかったです。私が日本人だから、イライラしただけかもしれませんね。」

「Location is bit far from old and new downtown even though they provide shuttle to airport but still need over one hour to all visiting points in downtown if you take their shuttle & metro unless you directly take a taxi. On the other hand, their shuttle stop point on airport is hardly to find if you're 1st time to IST airport, the shuttle will just show up on outside gate B 10 second every one hour, if you miss it you have to wait another hour, but the common taxi driver English isn't really...

「很棒的酒店，就是不含早，其他都很不错，有免费大巴来回往返机场和商场，很靠谱！去酒店的时候没赶上最后一班车，打车去花了30里拉。伊斯坦布尔出租车很坑的，表乱跳。能不打车就不要打车了。正题：酒店不错，帮我升级了单人间，超大超大」

「员工非常热情，热心给予各种帮助，令人印象深刻。只是internet 信号满差的。早餐一般。」

「Front counter officer is very helpful when we arrived at noon. Early check in was given and welcome drink is already in the room. Strongly recommend to stay at this hotel in old town. 」

「Nice designed hotel and room is really clean. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Environment is quiet even in old downtown. We had stayed for 4 nights. Near hotel have one restaurant can go up to rooftop having dinner with excellent view.」

"The room is spacious and artistically decorated, providing a pleasant stay. The hotel owner is very kind and prepares coffee for you, adding a personal touch to the experience. Breakfast is provided, and the hotel is within walking distance (8-10 min) from the Metro station. Additionally, there is a lift, so you don't need to worry about carrying your luggage upstairs. However, the roads in Taksim are generally rough and bumpy, and the curtains could be improved to better block the light from the street lamps."
