“Really loved out stay at Little Mell Fell. Great instructions to find it. Set up really well for either a couple or a family of 4. Love that it's pet friendly. Was really clean and felt relatively recently done. The location was great to get around Ullswater and out to the surrounding lakes. ”

“We loved the location as Coniston is not so touristy and still very scenic.We loved the size, layout, quality of furnishing and white goods in the flat. There is everything needed for self catering but very good pubs and coffee shops close by. Highly recommend High Wythow”

“This is an excellent house in superb state of repair with very good quality furniture. It is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The booking process was simple and Martin Wardle of the agents was extremely helpful. The house is situated in a village which is very near Kendal, the lakes and just over one hour to the Solway coast. There are some very good dining places in the area with our favourite being The Watermill Inn which has its own micro brewery producing very tasty beers. All in all……

“Lovely little base for exploring everything the Lakes has to offer. Apartment lovely and clean, and ideally located with several shops and eateries nearby. Parking was fine for us with it being a quieter time of year (street parking) but I would imagine this would be a bit trickier in the busier months. “The place was clean, well decorated and well furnished. Although the kitchen was a little small and dark (I understand refurbishment of the kitchen is planned), I would still highly recommend to the property to others.”

“Our first time in a pod but we loved it. We stayed with our two young children, who were sad to leave! The pod was clean, cosy, had everything you need and on a quiet but secure site. We booked very last minute but had an easy check in with great communication from hoasts. Would come again x”
