“The Inn at Cook St is privately owned and well maintained by the owner Spencer. He greeted us and personally supervised where we safely parked our car, fix the television so we could watch the Knicks game and cooked the best breakfast ever! And he gardens too. It is worth every penny to stay at this inn! It is conveniently located, near Commercial St, quiet and surrounded by trees and flowers. Our room was clean, uniquely decorated and well airated! Spencer was extemely accommodating,and made……

“First time in Provincetown and truly felt that we picked the best place to stay! Staff is super friendly and truly go above and beyond every single day! They have a great breakfast every morning followed by an evening wine and cheese social. Location is a block away from commercial street. They also have free bike rentals.”
