"We really felt pampered staying at the Salt Inn. Loved the stylish room which included all the amenities including earplugs, amazing smelling soaps and a very comfortable bed with crisp white cotton linens. The breakfast buffet was loaded with lots of tasty gourmet treats. The fresh lemon cornbread and the chia pudding with berries were two of my favorites. We'd definitely book here again!"

"Our stay was amazing! The cottage was so clean and the staff friendly . We stayed in a large studio which was just perfect for us and our dog. I would definitely recommend Prince of Whales and will be back again!"

10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful, relaxing setting. The house and gardens have a fun playful vibe. Well-equipped kitchen, including a Kitchen Aid mixer, which allowed me to easily make a birthday cake for my husband. Biggest highlight is the pool area--Eric, the owner, built large twin bed size swings anchored to the ceiling of the overhead deck. One sways while listening to the waterfall of the infinity pool. A short walk to a neighborhood beach and a short drive to the heart of Provincetown. We'll be back!"
Renovated bay-view home, WiFi, multiple decks, hot tub, dog-friendly
4/10 Poor
"The location was good, in close proximity to Provincetown and beaches. The house itself was adequate, but the listing was misleading. The name is "Bayview House", but the bay is only visible from the upper decks. This is where the trouble starts. One deck was accesible only from a bedroom. It was inadequstely supported, and felt unsafe when walked on. The two plastic lawn chairs appeared dirty and did not lead one to want to sit on them. The second upper deck could only be reached by a narrow spiral staircase with an unsafe appearing railing, covered in foam. The main deck holds more dirty-appearing plastic chairs (my guess is mildewed and then powered washed) and one end of it holds an abandoned charcoal grill, a random pile of firewood, and the vines that are so ubiquitous that Jumanji comes to mind. The house in general is not for anyone with impaired mobility. The main entrance is reached via a steep staircase with awkward handrails where the paint is peeling. With the exception of one downstairs bedroom with twin beds, all orher bedrooms are reached by stairs--in the case of tbe bedroom with the deck, extremely steep, awkward stairs. While the intetior of the house is roomy and adequate for a large party, there is essentially no usable outdoor space. A pergola holds abandoned lawn furniture and has a good-sized tree growing through it. Any other spaces are overgrown and littered with abandoned, rusty artifacts. To use the fire pit would be to invite a forest fire. "
Cozy waterfront studio w/direct beach access - close to town
10/10 Excellent
"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this studio condo in North Truro. The space is thoughtfully designed—bright, clean, and cozy, with everything you need for a comfortable Cape Cod girls weekend getaway.
The location couldn’t be better. Nestled in peaceful North Truro, it’s just a short walk to the beach, where the sunsets are incredible. The free shuttle to and from Provincetown picked us up right in front of the unit, so you get the best of both worlds—quiet relaxation and easy access to amazing restaurants, shops, and nightlife.
The hosts were welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. They clearly care about the property and guests’ experiences.
If you’re looking for a spot that’s charming, convenient, and a perfect home base for exploring the Outer Cape, this studio condo is it. I’ll definitely be coming back!"
