"Hidden gem! Immaculate. Gourmet Kitchen that almost matched ours. The description doesn’t do this stay justice. Unique! Oh! that’s another whole story all in its self! We have been taking our family every year on a family trip. Out of the country and in the US. This ranked as one of the top stays ever. Thank you to the hosts for all the details from the smallest to the biggest. "

"Dining room table was interesting ( but heavy ) could do with some more cups / cutlery etc. Great view and we had BBQ on the deck which was fun ,,, some of the bunks were a little high for adults , but we managed OK. One bathroom upstairs for the amount of people was challenging , but overall a fun stay which suited our purpose very well ,,,,"

Beautiful property we could tell was well cared for and thoughtfully set up for all ages - we were pleasantly surprised to even find kids dinner ware, baby gates, a booster chair, kids bath toys, and baby monitor! We would love to return to this property and recommend 100%."

"House & property were beautiful. We especially loved the clean hot tub with amazing Mountain Views. We walked & biked the area daily, escaping from Texas summer heat. Everything we needed was there & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay "

"The location of this home is perfect!!! It accommodated my family, pets and I perfectly. The beds were very comfortable. I especially appreciated the enclosed balcony. My pets were able to enjoy the outdoors in a safe and spacious area. I also want to mention that I was sent a message (around 12n) after the cleaning crew was done with the home, allowing me to check in early. This practice is extremely rare when renting properties. We accessed the house 1 hour early and that was very appreciated! "

"Overall, this place is idealic. The checkin process was a bit bumpy (the code wasn't working to get in the door amd service was shotty to call for assistance). Once that was sorted out, the place was great. Beds were comfortable, there were plenty of fans, towels, etc. We really loved being able to grill out and eat on the back patio with the amazing view!We all agreed we'd definitely look to stay here again when we're back next summer."

"Great house for our family gathering! We were 6 adults and 2 kids—ages 5 & 7. The house was spotless when we arrived, there were so many toys and games for the kids, and the beds were all some of the comfiest we’ve slept on. Almost as good as our home bed. The location was good for exploring both the Grand Lake area and granby. Would definitely stay again!"
