“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Gloucester Robinswood Hotel. In particular the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and spacious with good amenities however the bed was slightly firm, however this did not detract from the overall quality of the room. The leisure facilities were very good, the pool was warm and on both occasions we visited it was not busy. It was also handy that the hotel provided towels for guests using the……

It's being refurbished and this does need to continue, as some parts are a bit 'tired', though still very clean. Main criticism would be the lighting - mis-matched and dull lighting in the bedrooms, would be an easy fix. Would definitely recommend though, given excellent value for money and great food.”

“Large spacious room, very comfortable with great views of the village green. Lots of parking. Bathroom was spotless. Well stocked with tea, coffee and continental breakfast items (The Bell currently doesn’t offer a cooked breakfast). The pub restaurant was epic - fantastic menu with additional ‘specials’ and great desserts. Obviously popular with locals and repeat diners. The pub bar was friendly and a good range of ales on tap. Service was superb throughout and I’d recommend The Bell……
