“It is clean, quiet. The only thing I do not like is that the rest room’s door cannot be closed.”

“After a late night of working came to my room and the panel on the front of the heater was kind of half on, but was too tired to to do anything about it after several hours of the heater running and the heat not working right I just turned the heater off and went to bed”

“The room is old and feels bad.”

“The room was not clean and all i could smell was dog poop as i felt like i was in the door washroom the amount of dog poop out side my door was disgusting it was a disgraced.”

“Smoke alarm was missing, wires hanging out of wall. No soaps or shampoos No TV remote Room was freshly painted No daily room service”

“The staff was very courteous.”

“There was 4-5 inches of snow on walk entering building, when asked if they were aware of snow build up at entry staff shrugged and apologized. Room was clean, no coffee pot or cups in room. I turned up heat when I arrived around 6pm, took 3 hours for temp to rise 2 degrees. There was no warm/hot water for bathing that evening or following morning.”

“Room was clean, had everything we needed. Was close to highmark stadium which was perfect for the Bills game. The rooms are simple, but very reasonably priced. We would stay here again! ”

“Good atmosphere ”

“In desperate need of TLC. The door had a one inch space on the bottom. Had to stuff it with a towel. It would not close tight. The only place to hang your clothes was missing hangers and the bar to hange them on.”

“Outdated”

“What a great hotel Room was perfect. The whole hotel was spotless. There was some sort of tournament involving kids. We never heard a sound! Great front desk staff!”

“Close to our destination”

“The room was lacking lighting, very dingy. The TV remote didn't turn tv on or off, so when your in bed watching tv you had to get up out of the warm bed to shut off. Didn't know there was a shade on the window, so the parking lot light was like a spot light in our face all night. Also, for $200 a night i expected at least to have the garbage emptied and clean towels. Saturday was a sleep in and we went down to eat at 9:50am and it was basically nothing left. Very disappointed and expensive. ”

“The room was picture worthy, the amenities were top shelf. The heated floors were awesome in a very cold spell. And Our concierge was just wonder full. See you soon”
