The condo was decorated nicely, kitchen is well stocked & the bed was very comfortable! We loved the view & being the end unit. This will definitely be on our repeat list next time we visit family on Hilton Head.

A place to escape the grid!

The accommodations were clean and convenient. Location was perfect and was surprised how secure the resort was. This made my stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely return to this island in the near future.

Absolutely loved our week stay here! The condo was at the end of the building, so very quiet. Beautiful views of property and ocean! Very clean. Location was excellent! Loved Palmetto Dunes!

Wonderful week in HHI

We enjoyed our week in 4501 Hampton Place. The condo was very clean when we arrived and the view from the balcony was beautiful. We have stayed in Palmetto Dunes many times, but this was our first time staying at Hampton Place and we highly recommend.

Nice updated condo for a couple

This was a nice updated condo for one couple. We had a nice view of the ocean and a nice balcony on which to enjoy it. One cleanliness issue and a plumbing issue kept it from being a 5 star.

Property is awesome! Condo, ok. Bathrooms just remodeled but had no towel bars and in the second bathroom, no toilet paper holder. Other than that the bathrooms were very nice. Great shower in the master bath. Garbage disposal broke but it was repaired quickly. TV goes on and off at will.

moldy and they changed the password before 10

Lots of mold on the shower floor. Lots of mold on the balcony. They also changed the password before I had to be out of the condo. I ended up being locked out so I had to drive to the gate and talk to the people there. Wasted time waiting for information. Eventually someone drove up and told me to drive to the office where you pick up the passes. Back in the car. I waited to talk to someone there and she ask my name hands me a piece of paper with a new pass code on it. This caused me stress and created a complete inconvenience for my morning. I got back to the condo and the cleaning crew was waiting for me to leave. Ridiculous what I had to go through and rent a moldy place.

Lovely Villa

The Villa was lovely. However, my husband and I had a VERY DIFFICULT time getting in and out of the ridiculously high bed. I worried each night about falling. I would recommend the villa except for that major issue. The property manager was nice enough to bring a step stool. However, that did not help much when I had to climb over the handle in the midfle of the night.

A Perfect Place

Great updated Unit. Spacious Condo. The Views on the backside of the Building are great of the ocean. Being on the backside provides a quiet space. The Communication with the Rental Company was outstanding. We received our Parking Pass at least 3 weeks in advance. We'll rent again in 2024!

Perfect Vacation

I was so incredibly happy with this condo and the resort it was in. It was Very clean & comfortable. The decor was beautiful and the condo has anything you could need. In addition, the resort has many activities (biking, kayaking, tennis), a sweet general store and is close to everything. Top notch all the way! Very relaxing and quiet as well.
