Leaking bathroom and a mess!
The location of the property is great. Close walk to the beach and Coligny Plaza, where you can find lots of restaurants, shoppes and bars. We were enjoying our stay so far the first day, until my husband and I took a shower(which islaOn the second floor). After our shower, we proceeded downstairs to head out and the ceiling where the bathroom is was leaking something terrible! I’m talking a pond on the ground and dripping coming from multiple places from the ceiling. After we cleaned up the mess, we reached out to the host to let them know. I recommended they send a plumber. The next day, someone from maintenance came out and said that they wouldCome back and fix it. Fast forward, we spent the day at the beach and came back to our temporary home, hoping that the problem was fixed. It wasn’t. We again had to spend about 30 minutes cleaning up after We both took very quick showers. The next day, the neighbor came over and complained about water at THEIR place that is leaking from the place we were staying! We apologized and told them the deal. We came back to the beach that day, and the maintenance manager, Bob let us know that there was another place we could use to shower at that wasn’t far. We appreciated his help. But packing up our toiletries and walking down the street to shower was not the ideal solution we had in mind. I was very disappointed that the host did not even offer us a small discount after I let them know the situation at hand.
