Fall break vacation

The condo was very clean building was easy to access. Hardwood floors stainless steel appliances. Good Wi-Fi large screen, TV and comfortable. Well, it indicates it is one block from the beach. That is not the case it’s much more than one block and it’s just a short drive to Coligny beach. I would recommend bringing a box fan for the bedroom since they don’t have ceiling fans. We didn’t use the pools but both the indoor and outdoor look nice.

Property needs some repairs,bathroom door out of square,bedroom door drags on floor,pullout works but very hard engage,space is small with little room around furniture.

Good stay, no holes in the essentials.

Appliances, TV in main room (didn't use others), wifi, and AC all worked well. No bad smells or anything off putting. Would have been nice to be told that you can walk to the beach but about a mile so I could have brought a wagon. Couch sleeping wasn't the best for one guest but that is expected. Other beds were fine. Went with 4 buddies but would trust this place over a wildcard for my family next time I am in Hilton Head. They could polish this place up and make it really good or keep it as decent to good as is.

Pleasant but still some kinks

I had to call two different days about the smoke detector chirping. Maintenance came and changed out the battery. One of the toilet handles broke off so maintenance had to come and repair that. Other than those three incidents, everything was fine.

Location is fair. It's in building 4, which is farthest away from the beach. Place is lot smaller and congested then what the pictures make it out to be. We were overall ok with the location and size of the place. Biggest problem we had was cleanliness. We had hair balls on the floor and on the underside of the bunk bed mattress. One of the bathrooms was unusable due to very strong smoke smell. I mentioned those issues the moment we arrived and no local management addressed that. Repeated complaints to Vacasa were made and we were told they would try to get local management involved and have this rectified. Unfortunately, nobody came by to have it addressed. We ended up not using one of the bathrooms and didn't sleep in the bunk beds. Secondly, the AC was not working and was broken for the entire weekend. Due to place being small and congested, it got really muggy and harder to breathe (especially at night). Attempts to repair by the handyman to fix the AC we're made but we're in vain. We were just really looking forward to a getaway with the kids and couldn't enjoy it as expected. I asked for a partial refund due to all these inconveniences but haven't received an answer back yet. All and all I would only recommend this place to anyone if they have exhausted all their other options.

We really enjoyed Hilton Head, but this property did not meet our expectations. The space was clean and well decorated with new appliances, but the horrible mattress on the king bed really ruined our stay. I read the previous reviews and thought "it couldn't be that bad", but it was. The bed was so lumpy and tired it truly impacted us from sleeping. This condo is in the first resort building, closest to the main road, surrounding the tennis and pickleball courts. We traveled with 2 small children and while the walk to the beach was beautiful over the marsh, it was still quite a trek out and back. Thankfully the homeowner had a beach wagon (and chairs!) we could use and the view out the balcony offered some serene views over the golf course.

Home Away from Home

We enjoyed your lovely home to have some laughs, business & chill time with our adult daughter. We loved the boardwalk to the beach, alligator siting, Amazing Sunsets, sitting on the balcony, home cooked meal around the table, dice game night - a home away from home! Clean, Well stocked kitchen, homey beach home feeling.

Attention to detail

Stayed at this property 3 times now. They have a new management company and it shows. We noticed the cleanliness right off the bat. Also each time we come the owners has yet another upgrade. Nicely decorated.
