「The staff were very welcoming. The room was amazing. The breakfast choices were varied. My wife had smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on toast and i had the big full english, both of which were cooked to perfection and extremely tasty. We highly recommend you stay here if you get the chance.」

「We were on a 3 week tour of England researching our family roots and history. We were purposely looking for stays in smaller villages/towns. This fit the bill perfectly. Our bedroom was comfortable, the shower hot and the food delicious. The staff couldn’t have been nicer - my wife even felt like maybe we had found long lost family. 」

「Our stay with Guido and Maria was wonderful. They were both incredibly welcoming, and it was heart warming to experience such genuine hospitality. Guido is an excellent host, and Maria’s award-winning breakfasts were absolutely delicious. Their hard work and attention to detail were evident throughout our visit—our room was spotless, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully arranged with little touches that made our stay so enjoyable. 「I booked a single room with private bathroom. However, it does not locate in the room. I needed to go outside every time I used the closet and even I washed my hands. It’s not what I want for privacy and convenience although I was the only one who kept the bathroom key!」

「Excellent location for visiting IWM Duxford and only 10 minutes on the train to Cambridge. Janet and Simon couldn't have been more welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfasts were really good with options for all tastes. Would stay again without hesitation.」

「Great stay really quiet in the middle of nowhere which for us was great. Nature was all around us (rabbits everywhere) the only down side was the WiFi yes they are on copper cables but maybe they could do with a WiFi extender as we couldn’t get WiFi in our room but that does not detract from what a great place it was. 」
