"Location very close to the station, good size room with outstanding bathroom. Looks like everything is new. Breakfast is in the Italian Restaurant on ground floor so amongst a good Japanese offering you could also have pizza. "

"Great location close to Omicho market. Room was clean and spacious, beds comfortable, Japanese bed robes, fancy toilet, separate shower, good hot water pressure. Hallways were strangely quite dark. We were offered a welcome drink which was appreciated. There is also a free coffee machine in the lobby. Staff were polite and provided loan umbrellas when it was snowing outside. The buffet breakfast was really nice with tasty food and occasional changes to the offering. The breakfast coffee wasn't to my liking however so I used the free machine instead"

"This hotel was amazing, and in such an excellent location for many of the key tourist spots in Kanazawa. Will definitely be back!"

"The staff had a very high work ethics. The room was clean and the cleaning crews were working diligently. I loved the location where was very convenient to take the city train system. The only thing I did not like was: a man’s hot spring was much bigger and had 4-5 kinds of hot tubs. In contrary, a female had only one hot tub. "

"Our first time and look forward to returning to other onyado Nono locations of this same one in Kanazawa. It was clean (no shoes, tatami mats everywhere), quiet rooms and nicely laid out (missing heated toilet seats) big room for Japan standards . Love the treats after onsen experience (ice cream and noodles). App staff we encourage there’s were very helpful and pleasant."
