「Check in was very easy, I was given a code to a lockbox. I overpacked assuming it would be a little more rustic, turns out it has all the comfort and conveniences of home. Cottage, grounds, and hot tub were clean and inviting. We were there very early spring before the leaves grew on the trees and the view was incredible! There’s a nice hiking trail a mile down the road, and water access directly across the street. This place exceeded my expectations all around! Book it!」

「We had a great weekend staying in the property. The wood burner was great for a chilly early spring weekend, Elizabeth was very clear and accommodating in her communications making it very easy and everything was just great. My only regret is not booking the third night to stay for the Solar Eclipse and to get to explore the property further. We thoroughly enjoyed the area and the accommodations at the Yurt were perfect for my wife and I!」

「The location of the cabin was very convenient to a good amount of wineries. We visited 9 and didn’t have to drive any further than maybe 20 minutes, many of them were within a 5 minute drive. 「This property is in a perfect location. The house was clean and had all the stuff you could need to enjoy your stay. Silverware, cups, plates towels, blankets, bedding ect. Just beware the low ceilings down stairs, they got my husband a few times. The lake and docks are stunning. The hot tub was very clean. All around a great stay.」

「My wife and I had a great time exploring the finger lakes region. Staying in this cabin was a great locatiin to the two of the larger lakes. I wanted to stay away from people and this cabin fit that perfrctly. The cabin had everything we needed to enjoy our stay at the lakes. Everything was clean and a fully stocked kitchen. The house held all 8 of us comfortably, in a beautiful setting right on Seneca Lake, offering a beautiful display of Gods creation from either of the two decks. LOTS of laughter & love!」

The blanket is very smelly
"The room I booked is a lake view room. The view of the room is very good and the room is big enough, BUT,,,,, The blanket on the bed may NOT have been changed for a long time. The very bad smell made me unable to sleep all night. I strongly suggest that the management can quickly check every room, don't let this problem affect the reputation of the Hamptom Inn."
