“沒有被事先告知，我被安排accessible room， 浴室沒有乾濕分離，洗完澡浴室地板很濕不方便。早餐應該6am 就開始但6：15也還沒有，因為要趕飛機，不能再等。同事住另一個房間，換了兩次房卡才終於可以打開房門，同事很不高興。”
