「I spent 2 nights staying here, beautiful place indeed, but I had no hot water while I was bathing, I called the front desk twice in 2 days for further assistance/ compensation. They have no reply until I check out, I feel poor for Wyndham Customer Service :(」

「When we entered the lobby it looked rundown, seedy, and dirty. We decided that if the lobby looked that way we didn’t want to see the room. We cancelled even though we had to pay since we had not cancelled two days prior. We never would have booked there had we known. Quality does not describe this place.」

We arrived at 9:30pm and were in communication about our arrival time, but when we arrived the host said she had to go to work early in the morning and made us feel bad for arriving at that time of night. They charged a $25 pet fee for our dog, which normally would be completely fine and understandable, and it was listed in the booking. However, the host’s dog (a very large German Shepherd) jumped on me, urinated on my car, and was off leash in the front...
