"All the staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful. The spa area was very convenient and well maintained. We ate in the Pantry several times and the food was delicious. "I stay in hotels a lot for work and this is by far one of my favourites. Usually I just expect a clean and functional room but I felt so cosy and at home, the interior was beautiful and there were so many lovely little touches. In terms of practicality the hotel is in a good central location, it was easy to get parked using the RingGo app outside. Check in was quick, the room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. Will definitely prioritise this hotel for upcoming Bristol work...

"Incredible!! Loved everything about our stay in this historic hotel. The reception staff was unparalleled- so warm and friendly and helpful with local tips (thank you Andrea & Tim!!). The rooms were comfortable and clean and well stocked with what we needed for our overnight stay. Only regret is that we weren’t there longer!!
