“临时约朋友春节后去二世古滑雪，当地酒店要么根本订不上，要么就死贵，终于找到这家，帮朋友一家三口订了房，然后订了我自己的。但是在我自己预订时，日期选错了（应该是二月，选了三月的）。订完之后才发现，与hotels.com联系，回复说因酒店政策无法退款，便直接与酒店联系。该酒店在东京办事处的人立刻回复邮件，表示可以全额退款。然后又帮我重新订了二月的房，而且价格非常优惠。坏事变好事，太感动了！ 这个酒店房东、经理都是美国人，客人也大部分是欧美人士（我们住宿期间赶上一个瑞典的团），气氛很好，相比那些已经被嘈杂的中国人占领的大型酒店，我更喜欢这份清净和异国情调。该酒店位于二世古滑雪区域的边缘（花园），但离308缆车非常近，可以从这里一路上到山顶。酒店每天有免费滑雪接送，实际上非常便利。”

“極好！如果喜歡古式日本風的話，這是在二世古的不二之選！特色男女混浴溫泉非常之大，環境極之優美，正好我們浸浴時下著小雪，浪漫景致令我和老公永遠難忘！”

“整體上都非常滿意，可以說是我咁多年來去旅遊最滿意的酒店。只有一個提議，就是浴室內的沐浴露和洗頭水等，只是一小瓶，如果換了大一點的就更好了。”

“Good pick up service from hotel to ski lift area and ski lift area to hotel and drop off to white liner bus stop. Good location to restaurant, convenient store and ski area. ”

“Awesome residence! Well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and living room. The interior is very clean and luxurious. The apartment comes with a balcony. Beds are comfortable. One of the rooms also come with a private onsen. The whole apartment has heated floors which is perfect for the cold weather is Niseko! Less than 5 minutes drive to the Annupuri Gondola Station. Staff are friendly and helpful! The only thing was that when we checked in, the receptionist forgot to tell us breakfast ends at……

“Excellent and cozy apartment with well-equipped kitchen. Staff are so nice. Just next to the main road in Girafu. 2-minute-walk to ski shuttle bus stop and 5-minute-walk to convenient shop. It is so convenient that many restaurants and shops nearby. We didn’t drive this time and we took ski bus from CTS airport. The Freshwater provided compliment shuttle from & to Girafu welcome centre on arrival and departure date. We will stay here again when we go to Niseko next time. 👍”
