"スタッフが若く明るく元気があって良かった。 但し、お風呂と部屋が遠く、分かりづらく迷子になりそうです。別の階段にエレベーターがなく、年寄りには不便？ 洗面所の電灯が暗く化粧や、歯磨きがしづらい。"

"We stayed at this ryokan for 3 nights and we loved it there! It is family driven and has such a lovely and local feeling. Our room was big, authentic and had a really nice onsen. We received the best breakfast every morning, it was the best we ever had. We also had dinner there 1 night, and it was such an experience. Everything tasted amazing and we loved that the ingredients was local and in season. We also got help for activities. "

"親切的和式小型旅館 房間偌大適中，隔音尚可，暖氣充足，惟通風系統太嘈，晚上對正通風口下睡覺難入睡。正值寒冬入住，景觀佳，窗外白茫茫一片，甚有氣氛! 有兩間私人風呂，鎖匙掛在前檯，如見鎖匙就可以自取使用而無須額外付費。私人風呂屬露天環境，氣氛很好。還有幼兒浴盤和bb床，方便帶小小孩的家庭。美中不足私人風呂沒有風筒梳妝設施，要過去浴場那邊吹頭。 膳食非常棒!! 晚餐是飛驒牛，還有其他配菜也好好味。早餐也是full set, 還可一嘗朴葉味噌，全都好吃! 旅館都是姨姨和婆婆們招待，她們都很親切友善，簡單英語對答沒問題"
