"I would not recommend this property if you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel. What i received was a tiny penalty box with uneven bed (1/2 of it was noticeably 1/2 inch higher than the other half) and fixtures with visible wear. Definitely not deserving of 4 star hotel classification as I've been in holiday inn express that were nicer and more comfortable. Far better accommodations can be found at this price level over by chuo, ginza, akihabara. Not sure if this experience is average for shinjuku, but i wont risk another bad hotel and wont stay in shinjuku again for my future trips."

"The hotel itself feels upscale and it’s gorgeous. Loved that the Family Mart was in the hotel itself and that it was close to the train station. Our only complain was how tight our room felt even though we got a 4 bed room. There are no drawers and space is limited if you’re living out of the suitcase for 4 days. The breakfast spread was fantastic though and we enjoyed our stay. "
