Terrible, not sure is Expedia or Hotel's oversight. Listing puts "air conditioning" but the AC unit is locked to HEAT only. Shouldn't conditioning mean to condition to user's comfort? Staff was apologetic and politely offered fan but that didn't help. Room windows cannot be opened as well. Whole room was stuffy and warm. I left immediately after securing another room elsewhere.

Room was clean , except the headboard of the bed was super dusty. 15 mins walk to main attractions in town and Hiroshima station.
