「Our stay at the Umbral was excellent. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our visit. The amenities were top-tier, and the restaurant attached to the hotel was outstanding and very convenient. The only minor criticism would be the scent used in the main lobby. It was a pleasant fragrance, but a bit overpowering at times. That said, it certainly wasn’t enough to affect our overall experience or rating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.」

「We absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was really clean, the staff was very helpful and responsive. The aesthetics were top notch. You can tell everything was carefully thought out. The only thing we were not too fond of was the food. The view on the rooftop was so beautiful however so it made up for it . Def would recommend staying here 」

「Las habitaciones no tienen televisión, wifi, secadora de cabello ni aire acondicionado, cuentan con lo muy basico. El baño es bastante sencillo, y solo te ponen dos toallas , no dan toalla de manos, tuvimos un problema porque la habitación no tenia agua caliente y tardaron 2 horas para darnos otro cuarto. Es un edificio viejo que estan apenas acondicionando por lo que muchas zonas aun no están disponibles, el elevador es muy viejo y rechina mucho- La zona donde se ubica no es muy segura y hay...

「This hotel has ruined me for all other hotels! This boutique hotel was a peak experience for our stay in Mexico City. It is located on a lovely, quiet street, only about a 10 minute walk to the historic city center sights of the Cathedral, the Zocalo, and Templo Mayor. The surrounding streets are pulsing with foot traffic and small shops. It is not tourist territory and it feels very safe, even as night falls. The hotel itself is gorgeous architecturally.」

「Everyone at Casa Donceles was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The room was also very clean and larger than we expected. Not to mention it is a very short walk to some of the best historic sites in the city. We will definitely consider staying here on future trips to CDMX. 」
