「The staff at the hotel was wonderful and they were always friendly and willing to offer assistance. The hotel is beautiful and directly in the historic city center. The free breakfast was delicious and so was the restaurant. Loved the hotel! Expedia should have notified us that there was a huge protest (with noise) out in front of the hotel and the Zocolo was closed to access. The Zocolo was one of the main reasons we stayed in this area, so we were disappointed. 」

「We absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was really clean, the staff was very helpful and responsive. The aesthetics were top notch. You can tell everything was carefully thought out. The only thing we were not too fond of was the food. The view on the rooftop was so beautiful however so it made up for it . Def would recommend staying here 」

「Las habitaciones no tienen televisión, wifi, secadora de cabello ni aire acondicionado, cuentan con lo muy basico. El baño es bastante sencillo, y solo te ponen dos toallas , no dan toalla de manos, tuvimos un problema porque la habitación no tenia agua caliente y tardaron 2 horas para darnos otro cuarto. Es un edificio viejo que estan apenas acondicionando por lo que muchas zonas aun no están disponibles, el elevador es muy viejo y rechina mucho- La zona donde se ubica no es muy segura y hay...

「Un lindo lugar para para estar con la familia, muy desacuerdo con la descripción del lugar y espacio acogedor y cómodo solo nos fue un poquito difícil encontrarlo por el letrero de la entrada es un poco pequeño y un poco alto pero de ai en mas esta bastante bien y me párese increíble que te puedan recibir las maletas algunas horas antes del de la hora de ingreso.」
