“The website for making reservations for Days Inn was horrible. As I advanced through the process the dates were changed several times. Shame on me for not double checking the date at the last stage because it was wrong. I was charged for a day that I didn't want. I immediately tried to change it but was told that the manager would have to approve any refund or change. We would have accepted credit for another time, but no. We will NEVER stay at Days Inn again. Holiday Inn Express is the……

“Everything was very convenient -- parking was close and secure, check-in was fast and friendly, breakfast was good with a wide selection. The hotel location is excellent for my purposes as well with lots of good restaurants for dinner not too far away.”

“The hotel was clean, lots of light and an open feeling in the lobby. The front desk associate was very pleasant and welcoming. The room was clean and the ammenities well stocked. Not sure if the hotel is new but it is very well maintained and looks new. Would highly recommend. ”

“Bathroom floor had built up dirt, grass around bed frame, and vent in bathroom covered in dust when we arrived. Staff were informational upon check in and exit but cleanliness of room was concern for price of almost 300 for one night. ”

“Room floors dirty. No toilet paper. Not enough bath towels. Requested this several times and apparently house keeping leaves at 4:00 & no one has access to provide these items. Pillows are horrible requested more pillows, never arrived. A lot of inconsistency. ”

“Very old building, but modest updates have been done, and pretty clean. I felt safe. Parking was fine, old fashioned motel, park in front of the room. That was cool. Don't expect luxury, its not the Hilton, but for the money, I would say, satisfied.”
