The sand was very soft and my kids enjoyed paddle boarding and kayaking. There was really no dining options around the area except for the resort and after being in other areas in Vietnam where food was very cheap, the pricing at the hotel seemed high although it was still cheaper that what we would pay in the US. "Wow. I wish I had booked more time here. Our villa was beautiful. The girl who checked us in was punctual, attentive and very helpful. Checked in many times and set us up with a van to get us to the airport. We booked the villa on a whim because we wanted to stay 1 extra night in phu Quoc with another family we were travelling with. Total we had 5 adults and 3 pre teen kids. We had more than enough space. The villa was well built and very comfortable. It was very close to a night market with tons to eat and things for the kids to do. "
