「The apartment is not close to old quarter, but is around the west lake new area with few big shopping mall」

「Great hotel and staff, couldn’t ask for anything better! Would definitely go back, Alice, Tony at front desk go out of their way to make you happy, definitely ‘ above and beyond’, owner and manager are great too, room cleaning was done regularly, coffee shop downstairs was so convenient and staff excellent too! 「This was by far the worst stay I’ve ever had! The moment I entered, a strong musty/moldy smell hit me—it was so bad that my family couldn’t even breathe properly. The entire place felt damp, and I spotted visible mold stains on the ceiling. I had to leave immediatel and book another place because staying here was simply not an option. Do yourself a favor and avoid this listing—it’s not worth the risk to your health! 」

「The staff are very helpful and kind to their guests 」

「It was such a nice place to stay in. Although a little west of the old quarter, the location was overall good as it was still close to other tourist attractions and it was nestled in a nice spot where you couldn't hear motorbikes from the room. I really liked the feel of the room. It was clean and easy to keep cool and the beds was very comfortable. The owner was also very helpful and unobtrusive.」

「非常糟糕的一天，首先是櫃檯沒有人，電話溝通後等了大概15分鐘，再來是房間居然有窗戶沒有窗簾，而這件房間在二樓；晚上九點了，在床頭正上方的冷氣壞掉了，而且結露滴水，得等一個小時維修，要求換房一直說沒有房間，等到我另外訂房要求退費又說有房間了？！櫃檯很辛苦，主要是一直不在現場的主管太糟糕，不願意立刻為房客解決問題。補充過程中是越南朋友在現場協助溝通，所以不是語言的問題。」

"We booked to stay here at the last minute and got a great deal online. Our check in was prompt and friendly and the room was clean with a balcony and good air con. We only stayed for one night but would happily have stayed longer, the roof terrace was great for a couple of happy hour beers and a tasty lunch. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but adequate for the price! Overall a great value hotel and in a good location to explore Hanoi."
