“The twins bed room was very small, old and when we first in there was bad smell from the toilet. We asked for changing the room but were told hotel was full and then they didn’t have any follow up. Other than this hotel was at good location. I used to stay in this hotel but this time with worse experience. Hopefully it will go better. ”

“We spent two nights. The first night we spent it in a small room where there was almost no space to access the bed from one of the sides. Small bathroom without heating and TV not properly working. The worst thing was the matress, no me or my wife were able to sleep. The matress was too old and even painful. The second night we spent in another room that was a little bit bigger than the previous but the mattresses were again too old and not confortable at all. The hotel and the room were clean……
