"The staff are welcoming, courteous and helpful. The hotel has an eclectic decor, but the room is spacious and clean, and in a perfect location. Will definitely stay in this hotel again!"

"The hotel was conveniently situated close to the main train and tram station so access to the city and beyond was easy. The staff were more than helpful and very patient with some of the requests my party were asking. The room was warm clean and spacious maybe if i had one criticism it would be the lack of draw space for your smaller clothes. The breakfast was a display of continental foods at its best and always as a plate became empty it was replaced by a fresh plate of food. All in all a great week spent in a delightful friendly hotel more like home than home."
