「Loved the balcony」

「The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Plenty of free parking. An included nice breakfast and again a friendly staff. Our stay would have been much better if our room had been on the opposite side of the hotel away from the highway which is only a few yards next to the hotel. Very noisy. The hotel is better than many in the area but could use many updates. During our several day visit to different parts of the Ozark area we paid about the same price at this hotel but stayed in much nicer,...

「Main thing: it was very clean which is my highest priority. But, it is a 1902 house which lacks amenities. It is not a good choice if ambulatory access is necessary. The breakfast was well prepared and was delivered to your door at the exact time I requested, but there was no choice in the breakfast. 「The new owners were friendly and very helpful. They are making several upgrades like changing to a saltwater pool, adding a water softener, and curved shower curtains. They also had nice touches like a bonfire and roasting marshmallows each weekend night in the treed area next to the motel. The community room with a pool table, couches, tables, and board games was a nice place to relax.」

「The room didn’t look like the picture we originally purchased our room under. It looked a bit older and dated but it was pretty clean. The bathroom and jetted tub were very clean, as was the pool. The air conditioner worked great and the jetted tub was so relaxing. The breakfast is only available on weekends and is very minimal compared to other free breakfasts I’ve had but at this price point I can’t really complain. Had some fruit and SunnyD. There were two times where our key card stopped...

「The property is very dated and not is the most presentable condition. Our room smelled like fresh stain, floors were not level and floors very not clean. We had 2 nights booked and only stayed one night, We were unable to get a refund for the 2nd nights.」
