「While the staff was very friendly and helpful my room had some remnants of past guests, for example a Doritos chip left tucked up near the bed frame and the morning breakfast was quite sad to look at. But in grateful that this place exist because it wasn’t the place I came down for I came to visit my boyfriend which I plan to do often and if it wasn’t for this place I didn’t really have another option so thank you Four Seasons I will return soon! 」

「This place was absolutely amazing. The staff was great.They went above and beyond anything that we asked. We loved the sauna, their pool and the little walking trails. They have live music on saturday night, that we quite enjoyed. We cannot wait to book our next day there.」

「The Basin Park is in a perfect location for exploring historic downtown Eureka Springs and a short drive to The Great Passion Play. The complimentary shuttle services was great. Our double Queen room was spacious with a sitting room separating the large bathroom from the sleeping area. I would recommend The Basin Park to anyone visiting Eureka Springs.」
