“The room was very clean. Gary and Jonathan were great hosts and were very accommodating. Such attention to every little detail. We really enjoyed our stay. ”

“Our family has used this hotel for “staycations” for many years. IMO it’s the best value hotel in the area. The rooms are LARGE and clean (fits up to 6!), beds comfortable, staff members friendly and helpful. The medium-sized pool is clean (though a little cool); the extra-large hot tub is perfect! They can be crowded at night esp. on weekends, so we try to go swimming in the middle of the day when possible. (There’s also a late-night adult swim time). The included breakfast is pretty simple,……

“We stayed at this hotel while at a travel softball tournament for our daughter. The amenities were great and our room was clean. There was plenty of parking. The manager on duty was incredibly helpful and kind. Our whole team stayed and they loved the pool and the complimentary breakfast. We were even allowed to gather in the dining area as a team and have dinner and unwind from the day together. Very youth sports team friendly! Definitely recommend!”

“We had trouble getting in to our room as the batteries in the lock were bad, then the same with our remote for the tv. Kids in the hot tub were loud and kept it busy for a good bit of our stay. The staff was was very polite, alwas greeting you at evert chance. The breakfast wasn't all that great but still filling and clean. ”

“The hummingbird cottage was in the perfect location and was great for a weekend stay. Had a little trouble with air conditioning last night there was getting warmer as night went on and we had not touched the thermostat i fiddled around with the nest thermostat for about 20 mins, it finally came back on. Wished it had a small table and chairs to sit at but i see its a space issue. Overall a nice older cottage . Close to downtown saugatuck and great having parking and being able to walk around……

“We liked the location and the home was clean however check in was not til 4 which is later than any property we have stayed in and out earliest. And there is an extra fee for every hour. When we requested esrly check in, we did not receive a responseand could not get instructions early eitherso by the time we could access them, we didntsignal wEarl”
