It's in a good location, and the flat is fairly well equipped, but the access procedure on arrival is very complex and the instructions are not very clear (we had top ring the helpline, and we could hear other arrivals doing the same). There are also some issues with the flat which could / should be addressed: the blinds in the bedroom are ineffective and let a lot of light in at night (they also don't give a great deal of privacy, especially when the lights are on inside). The bedsheet barely fitted and pulled out very easily, so by morning you're sleeping on the mattress. The flat is also very close to the front door, so if you have the windows open at night (and you will, to let some air circulate) then you hear every arrival and departure (especially the food deliveries arriving on scooters).

Was here for just one night, but the hotel and room were perfect for my needs. It was quiet, clean, air conditioned. The staff were so accommodating and plesant; I don't know what more they could have made my stay better.
