Walk into the open living areas, with the dining room to your left, the living room straight ahead, and the kitchen to your right. The spacious living room offers comfy seating so the whole family can gather together to catch up on their favorite movies or games after a long day on the beach. Please note, the fireplace is for decorative purposes only. The ample windows in the living area provide stunning views and fill the home with natural light so you can rise and shine all day! Step outside through the sliding glass doors and soak in the sun from the large oceanfront deck with private beach access. A full table set and captain's chairs with drink holders under a covered porch are provided so you can comfortably hang outside all day if you want. After playing in the waves, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower that offers hot and cold water. When it's time to feed your crew, head back inside to the full kitchen with granite countertops and classic wooden cabinetry. Equipped with all of your basic cooking needs including all major appliances, cookware, and utensils, you will be able to whip up meals to keep everyone fueled for more fun in the sun. The full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located in the laundry closet off the kitchen.
Head up the spiral staircase to the 2nd floor where you will find the remaining two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom offers a Double bed plus a twin bed. The other bedroom offers a queen bed and a flat-screen ROKU TV. These bedrooms share a full Jack and Jill bathroom with a vanity sink and shower tub combo.
