Everything about this place was more than expected. It was way more than the pictures showed. It was the best place we have stayed since we started renting vacation homes 8 years ago. Terrific home, great service by the owners
We loved our stay here, and the owners did everything possible to assure we enjoyed our time. We ran a writing workshop, and all our students loved it as well. We would definitely come back, and recommend it to others.

Perfect Beach Retreat
Do not hesitate to stay at this beautiful beach home. There is plenty of room for 5+ families to sleep comfortably in the king size beds, three clean full bathrooms, two large covered decks and steps leading right to your own piece of beach heaven. The next time we travel to Top Sail Island area for vacation, this will be where we stay.

New Year’s Week Getaway
The house was the perfect spot for a relaxing week at the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the utensils and cookware we needed. We had plenty of space for 6 adults to gather together but at the same time each have privacy. Our host was easy to contact and responded quickly when needed.

The proximity to the beach was amazing! The house was nicely decorated and comfortable. We like to cook, so the kitchen could have been better equipped, but overall a great house. John answered all our concerns in more than a timely manner and was very nice.

Incredible surf side stay!
I brought a big group down to the Pelican Landing home and had an amazing time. This house is just as amazing if not better than the pictures would suggest and overlooks a pristine beach with plenty of activities but enough privacy to relax, cook, swim, and have fun with our friends. Overall, amazing house! I'll be booking again next year!
