Updated furnishings, a master bedroom, bunk space, and sleeper sofa invite you to unwind and relax! A private balcony with ocean view overlooking the community pool with additional community amenities including landscaped grounds and walking paths, a wooden boardwalk to the beach, rinse-off showers, a community charcoal grilling area, and private lot parking make for a great stay at Topsail Island!

It was really nice, however, 2 kitchen towels would have been nice, instead a lot if paper towels were used. And 2 hand towels for each bathroom. We used washcloths as hand towels.Also the bathroom sinks were pretty but were too flat

Fall vacation

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The accommodations were comfortable and clean. Very close to the beach. The pool was available. Convenient location close to town with shopping and restaurants. Property management responded quickly to questions. Would rent same place in the future.

Sunny Surf Condos

I’ve stayed at Surf Condos numerous times and this was the best. The unit was just as pictured: nicely decorated, clean and orderly - bonus amenities as with a hotel. The ocean view was great, grounds well tended, and the deck inviting. I will book again!

Ants took over, and no one cared!!!

The condo is beautiful, and it would have been a perfect stay if ants didn’t join us. We fought Any’s for two days before we even heard back from anyone. They stated they would be sending someone……………no one showed! And we never heard back. Horrible management!!

So many fruit flies!

I don’t know that it’s a problem with the property as much as the cleaning crew... but the place was infested with fruit flies. If I’d been traveling with my children, I would have requested a different place.

Just as described

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was accurate as listed in the description. Only hang up I had was trying to get into the gate. The number sequence was correct but the sequence of when to hit pound was not. Other than that it was great. My favorite part was sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean.

Family Friendly

It was very clean, and just like the pictures. The only bad thing was the king bed was horrible. The mattress needs replaced. It was like sleeping in a ditch and killed my back so I had to sleep in the double bed in the hall and my husband stayed in the king, which was better with only one person in it. Not the best situation! Well equipped kitchen. Great location to beach and pool. Pool is a great place to cool off on those 90 degree days. The beach was very narrow and too many people. Overall a nice place to vacation. We love Topsail and have been on the Island 8 times.
