“The check in was super easy. It is a nice house in a great location. There were a few things different from any stays I've had before: food in the fridge and cupboards, a full dish of pet food in the middle of the kitchen floor, empty beer can in the sink, the upstairs was blocked off but the lights were on and a window was open (which was odd to come back to at night), no binder with info inclucing wifi password, if we needed to strip beds, etc. One bathroom was very dirty and I had to clean……

We actually could have just showed up with groceries and our clothes everything else was provided, the pool was a wonderful plus for our littles when the beach became too much. “Seas the Day is the best maintained property I've stayed at in the 20 years we've been renting on Topsail Island. Amazing location with the only traffic issues being the always hectic move in Saturday. The view was great, the beach about 30 yards away and the owner texted me hours after our arrival to assure everything was as promised. He even sent someone to check on an issue the previous tenant had reported (and texted me who was coming , why and at what time). Great location and……

The most gorgeous view of any beach house we have ever stayed in. Teen boys enjoyed fishing and caught sea bass and a sting ray right from the yard. Very short walk to the beach.
