「Overall, it was a good stay. Communication with owner was good and she was quick to reply to all questions and concerns throughout the stay. The size of the place and amenities were perfect for what we needed. However, cleanliness could be greatly improved. The yellow couch in the living room was very stained and there was debris all over the floor throughout the apartment, which made the stay feel uninviting and slightly uncomfortable. I ended up bringing in a blanket from my car to place over...

「The property is conveniently located near plenty of restaurant options on a quiet street, but the unit is not well maintained. We found two dead roaches in the apartment. Their is signifucsnt water damage in the bedroom, the bathroom ceiling has mold, the shelves are falling off the wall, and there is a hole in the ceiling where the bathroom fan/vent should be. The door to the laundry room also doesnt seem secure. There is a glass door connecting to outisde and the interior door doesnt lock....

「I will start with the positive information. The location was good--walking distance to Melrose Street and Santa Monica Avenue. There was a place for parking, although it was a tight squeeze and I would suggest having a smaller car. The kitchen was fine, with relatively new appliances. The shower was great--nice and strong. The bed was comfortable and clean. When we arrived and walked in, it was warm and humid. The stench of cat was awful. There was only an air conditioner in the living room...
