Perfect location

This home is so perfectly located it is hard to describe. The beach is literally steps from the house. The patio allowed for all our outdoor dining with the sound of the ocean as we ate. The pool was a nice addition.

Absolutely Perfect Indeed!

Two families comprised of four adults and five kids (ages 2-10) stayed at the home for a week in March 2018. It was in fantastic condition, and it provided a great location for a beach & pool spring break. The views of the beach and gulf were amazing. We have small children and appreciated small touches like locks high on doors to access the pool and rooftop deck. The grill and pool area was fantastic!

Very nice!

We had a great time. This house has a fantastic location in a really cute neighborhood on a wonderful beach. As stated in the property description, everything possible is available that made our stay absolutely perfect. Home is well cared for and clean! Kitchen, bedding, bathrooms - all are well equipped. The grandkids really enjoyed the selection of beach toys, too!

Absolute Dream!

Pool home on the beach

Great house right on the beach! House is in great condition, adequate supplies , beautiful sunset views and lush pool area. Nice floor plan, master suite overlooking gulf. Beach can get busy as there are a couple public beach access areas nearby. Not an issue though, when sun gets too hot, head back to the house and take a swim in backyard pool with bbq grill, outdoor tv. Very nice, I’d go again!

A Bucket List Dream

I felt at home the minute I walked thru the door. The place I had originally booked canceled on me 3 days before arrival. I was sure I would never find everything I was looking for. Well I found more than I was looking for. I needed time away to rest and find some closure after losing my husband. I cannot express what staying here did for my soul. This was a once in a lifetime for me but I’m thinking I’m going to try my hardest to make it every year. I want the owners to know this home will always hold a special place in my heart.

The location is perfection. Beautiful views from every room (we used), the kitchen was stocked nicely, the furnishings were in very good condition. Very nice to have a private pool to dunk in after a day at the beach. Very nice proximity to the grocery store and restraunts. We enjoyed Hurricane Hanks. I would definitely recommend this to a friend and we will be back for another visit!

The house is in a fabulous spot. We had breakfast on the deck overlooking the beach and also enjoyed every sunset there as well. We went to the beach in the morning and enjoyed the pool in the afternoons. The house is quite large with many places to hang out together or enjoy a quiet moment by yourself. I highly recommend the house! Lots of pool and beach toys and also plenty of kitchen items as we had small children and ate in more than we have in past years when we didn’t have the grandkids.

Wonderful family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd family vacation at this perfect location. The house is set up well for all of us to be together but still have space. The pool was well used as well as the grill. You are walking distance to Walgreens and a great little shopping mall with ice cream, bagels and beach shopping as well as a dollar store. Another wonderful vacation ... the only issue is the rates have gone up some much, we can not afford to return. :(.

2024 vacation

My wife walking disabilities were minimized due to the close location of the property to the beach. The family (children and grandchildren) loved the house amenities. For example, the balconies overlooking the beach also provided a spectacular sunset view. The elevator greatly assisted with the luggage and minimizing the physical effort for my wife to travel between floors. The swimming pool was perfect for both the children and grandchildren. My wife enjoyed the pool benefits due to the easy access to the pool. The kitchen appliances performed perfectly. The BBQ grill and nearby cooler was embraced by the adults. I personally, was up at 5am each morning to enjoy the moonlight view of the beach and harmony of the surf below the starlight. An absolutely perfect vacation property and property location.

Great location and space

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is in a great location. The house itself has plenty of room as well and was very clean. The best part is the kitchen and living area. The house is very well appointed with what you need when you first get there. Also the management office is very nice and prompt. The only suggestion would be that the ground level needs an update in furnishings and other extras to make it even more comfortable. Other than a touch up on new furnishings and finishes etc always seems to help but this is more a pet peeve lol.

Great house/great location

Besides being at a great house, it was a couple block walk to Walgreens, a strip mall with several REALLY GOOD restaurants, and shoppingWe BBQ’d at the house a couple times and it was nice having eating table right there to eat, and swimThe only bad thing is VRBO’s ridiculous late check in (4pm) and early checkout (10am). The cleaners were waiting out front at 9:40am for us to leave

It's on a dead end street - beachfront - but close to everything. It is pretty much in the middle of where you want to be to Anna Maria and Bradenton Beach. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a few stores in walking distance. We loved this place.
