Big house, great location

We loved the location- you can walk to a lot of restaurants and shops and it was a block from the beach. The house was very big and accommodated all of us easily. Would definitely rent this house again.

A little slice of heaven in AMI

This home was sparkling clean, perfectly located and a wonderful spot for our multi-generational family vacation. We've stayed on the Island before, but this time it really felt like a home away from home. Great beds, fluffy towels, beautiful outdoor space and 2 large dining tables really exceeded our expectations! We love it and encourage anyone looking at AMI to rent this beautiful property!

Family Spring Break

Nice property and close to beach. House fits large family nicely. Great location, close to restaurants, marina, and grocery store. Sun decks are great to relax on at end of day. Pool in mid-March can be shady. Great staff to assist us when D/W broke, had new one in 24 hours.

What a Perfect Place for a Family Vacation!

Beach Breeze met all our needs above and beyond for our family reunion! This house is perfect for a large family gathering of all ages as the the location and amenities were just perfect! The beautiful pool area offered a gathering place from the hot beach sun. The game room and availability of large TV's provided quiet time. And there was no better place to escape to than the rooftop for star gazing after bedtime! We cannot wait to go back!! Thanks for the memories!

Family vacation

We were blown away by this property!! Everything about it is great, from location to cleanliness. We were a family of 12 with ages ranging from 2-60 and everyone loved it. Plenty for the kids to do and so close to the beach. It is also very close to the grocery and restaurants but is on a quiet street. The house had everything we needed and is extremely spacious. We would definitely recommend and rent again. (Side note, the spa wasn’t working one day but we called and someone was out in less than 30 minutes to fix!!)

LOCATION!!!

This house was perfect for my 8 person group. House had everything you would need. The hot tube stopped working on day 2. Made a phone call and it was back to normal in less then 4 hours. The house is in walking distance to multiple restaurants, gift shops, and beach. Had a great time.

Beach House Stay

Overall stay was great. Kitchen lacking a bit of equipment, mainly storage containers so we purchased and left a couple behind.
