Florida retreat.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the condo had everything we needed. When we had an issue with our WIFI & TV they were there to fix it promptly. The view of the Gulf was wonderful. We booked for next year.

Beautiful View

We stayed last year in the same unit. Was just as beautiful as last time. This time the unit could have been a little more clean. My nose ring fell on floor by the toilet. I wiped my hand around to find it. A bunch of dirt and hair were all over my hands. Also, we found several Palmetto bugs dead. There were a few stains on the master bedrooms sheets and washcloths None of these are really a big deal except the sheets and washcloths. People are terrified they will be charged a cleaning fee when they see these things. Every time we stay there, we meet tons of new people. Never anyone disrespectful. Peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Wish quests could use the pullout couch.

Great Property

Location and property was great - we were there for Thanksgiving and the kitchen had everything that we needed. The only suggestion was to maybe have more seating. Watching football with a sofa and recliner with 4 people was a little tight.

Great place to stay

Gulf Place Unit 10 is a great place to stay. The property was very clean and spacious and exactly as shown in the photos. The check-in process was very simple. This is a great spot for rest and relaxation. We loved every minute of our week long stay. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful location

We had a great experience at Gulf Place. The place is beautiful. My only complaint was with the condominium itself, 3 different groups of families had multiple kids get swimmers ear, we are 100% convinced it was from the pool since the kids spent 90% of the day there. So I’m not sure if the pool wasn’t clean or wasn’t being kept up. It also would have been nice to just have some necessities in the condo. Salt/pepper, hand soap, laundry soap. Other than that the place was great!

The view is amazing!!

I LOVE the pool! The condo is beautiful and was super clean with very nice furniture and appliances! My sister and I will be returning next year! The view of the ocean from our balcony was so beautiful!

Beachfront Oasis

We loved the condo and its proximity to the beach and to friends. The pool was so convenient and the beachfront deck was a wonderful way to be at the beach without being in the sand if that was your preference. All the remodeling made the condo feel high end without a super high end price.

Just wonderful!

The condo was spotless, which is essential to me. We had everything we needed to stay there comfortably. Unfortunately, we had to leave sooner than our stay was over because my son got COVID, but we plan on going back this summer.

Gorgeous beachside condo

We spent a mother/2 daughters week on Anna Maria Island and this Gulf Place Unit #10 was absolutely perfect! The kitchen is beautiful and we found everything we needed in the way of dishes, pots and pans, towels and a few starter necessities such as laundry detergent and dishwasher pods. The master bathroom was exceptional! We also had a partial ocean view which was awesome too. Although we have vacationed on Anna Maria Island for years, this time we learned that we can have rental bicycles delivered to our condo because right outside our unit’s entrance are bicycle racks which was so convenient. We loved riding bikes around the island for the first time. It was fantastic! We loved this new experience. The condo also has a really nice pool, the water temperature was cool and perfect for these hot August days. Access to the beach was also so convenient. Everyone was talking about the red tide but other than an occasional dry cough, and seeing a few dead fish on the beach, there were no issues or problems that we could tell. Another nice thing about this particular condo is the size. We had plenty of room to stretch out and we thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay and plan to return soon.

Beautiful Property 🏖

Gulf Place Unit 10 was absolutely perfect! We were steps from the beach! The entrance to the beach was literally steps from our assigned parking spot so we were able to just grab our chairs/tent/ wagon each day with a very short walk! The condo is beautifully decorated and looks exactly as pictured! Location is a short drive to all our fave spots on the Island as well. We will definitely stay here again!

Beach Beauty!

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view of the pool and the beach. The bathrooms are show rooms and you can see the ocean from one of the master bedroom windows. Steps to the beach, we walked to Pine Ave and multiple other restaurant areas. We will be back!

Gorgeous property

This condo was very lovely and super clean. The furnishings and bedding were very comfortable. Watching the waves from the balcony was relaxing and we enjoyed the peacefulness and the gentle breeze. Overall a great area, ocean and beach were clean and not crowded. The one little thing that was a bit of an inconvenience was the keypad to enter the condo. It took some getting use to because you had to jiggle the handle back and forth to get the door to open. We thought we had the wrong code the first few times we tried. Also, some hooks in the bathroom for clothes/towels would be very helpful. Overall, I would stay here again and would highly recommended it to others. It truly is beautiful.

Great location, stunning view

The unit was a perfect spot on AMI, and had breathtaking views of the beach. The place was clean, and the complex is perfect for our group of families traveling together. My one complaint is the master bedroom has the most uncomfortable bed. I eventually had to move to the couch because I was having restless sleep and sore neck and back aches from the awful bed. It has an egg crate foam top that has zero support and an awkward tilt, making the sheets pop off. While we loved everything else about this unit, I would not stay here again unless the mattress was changed. It is a little disappointing that we paid extra for this unit, and had such a terrible bed in the master. The reason for the 3 stars is the mattress in the master.
