Overall, our stay at Mainsail was great. They were very communicative prior to arrival about check in/out process, amenities, location, etc.. The unit itself was okay. They size and layout was perfect for two couples. Some of the furniture such as the barstools were worn and could use an upgrade. Our shower head could use a good cleaning, and the showers didn’t always get good and hot. We did have a bit of a bug issue the first night, but I chalk that up to the hurricane stirring things up and management was attentive and kind about the situation. Actually management was just great overall. My friend dropped her purse in the parking lot the night before and the next day, Matthew from the office was knocking on our door returning her debit card that he found in the lot! I would recommend staying here, but would say that it was a lot of families and kids, so if you’re looking for a party pad, this is not your spot! We didn’t mind as we are all parent (although we left our kids behind), and weren’t trying to rage at the pool. All of the other guests were very sweet and respectful. Being steps away from the beach and a short distance from restaurants and shopping also made for a great trip!
