“The host was responsive and helpful.”

“The hot water takes 15 minutes to get warm. The heating system didn’t work and I didn’t find out until later during the night that none of the plugs in the room work except in the bathroom, the TV the mini fridge the lamps none of it worked I was given a space heater that I plugged in while I took a shower, but later when I tried to plug the space heater in in the bedroom area, it would not work. Would you let me to become an electrical inspector and find out that nothing worked none of the……

“Dark liquid leaking from the fridge. No heat the first night. Had to use the oven to heat the place up. Loud party the second night. Got almost no sleep the entire trip.”

“The room had a lot of thoughtful touches, like tissues, makeup remover towels and a coffee bar. In addition, the bed was one of the comfiest beds that we’ve had at a VRBO. I also appreciated that the host was quick to give us our access information.Our only issue was that there was another rental next to us and they were so loud from 10:00-12:30 AM that we couldn’t sleep. I think this was a one-off, though, and does not reflect the quality of the room. ”

“This is a beautiful home, stocked with essentials, on a stunning street in a perfect neighborhood. The back, outdoor space is lovely for a morning cup of tea. The house is full of light and air, with lots of space to spread out. Even though there is only street parking, it wasn't an issue at all and we found a spot right away. It is located next to all the museums in the area. We have a senior dog, and the baby gates throughout the home were a welcomed addition ensuring we didn't have a senior……

“Nice, quiet property in a beautiful neighborhood. Felt very safe. Comfortable bed. Heat worked wonderfully. Internet was good. Host left goodies for us in the room which were very thoughtful and yummy! Location was close to so much shopping, restaurants, etc. Short drive to Longwood Gardens. Would return for a future stay. ”
